Things to note

• To keep syncing fast and relevant, meetings starting within the last 30 days and all future meetings are synced. Older meeting history is not included.
• Recurring meeting series from other calendars are not created in Zoho CRM. Single meetings sync fully, and Zoho CRM meetings are synced as individual events.
• The related contact or lead, related record, and related module can be used in filters and rules, but they cannot be set from another app.
• Meeting participants and reminders are not synced. Meetings are synced with their core details, tags, and custom fields.
• The meeting time zone comes from the connected Zoho CRM user's settings and is read-only.
• Lookup, file upload, and some other specialized custom field types are not currently supported for syncing.

Can I sync Zoho CRM meetings with Google Calendar both ways?

Yes. SyncPenguin supports two-way sync between Zoho CRM Meetings and Google Calendar. Meetings created, updated, or deleted in either place are reflected in the other. You can also set it up as a one-way sync if you prefer.

Can I sync only certain Zoho CRM meetings, for example meetings related to deals?

Yes. SyncPenguin's no-code filters let you choose which meetings sync based on their fields. These include the related module (such as Deals or Accounts), the related record, the contact, tags, or your own custom fields.

Will my Zoho CRM custom fields be synced?

Yes. Most Zoho CRM custom field types are supported and can be mapped to fields in the other app. Supported types include text, multi-line text, email, phone, URL, numbers, currency, dates, date/time, checkboxes, and pick lists.

Will SyncPenguin create duplicate meetings when I start syncing?

No. When you start a sync, you can choose to merge existing meetings first or sync only new changes. SyncPenguin keeps track of matched meetings to avoid duplicates.

Does the connector sync deleted meetings?

Yes. When a meeting is deleted in Zoho CRM, SyncPenguin can delete the matching meeting in the connected calendar, and vice versa. You can control this behavior with general rules and deletion rules.

Can I sync Zoho CRM meetings with Outlook or Microsoft 365?

Yes. Zoho CRM Meetings can be synced with Outlook Calendar, Microsoft 365 Calendar, Microsoft 365 Group Calendars, and Exchange On-Premises calendars.
