Things to note

• Products are matched by SKU, so each product or variant needs a unique SKU that matches the SKU used on your other platforms. Items without a SKU, or with a SKU shared by several items, are skipped to keep your data safe.
• Only products and variants with inventory tracking turned on in BigCommerce are synced. Turn on stock tracking for the items you want to keep in sync.
• The connector syncs stock quantities only. It does not create or delete products, and it does not sync prices, descriptions or images. Products should already exist in BigCommerce.
• BigCommerce does not allow negative stock levels, so an update that would push a quantity below zero is not applied.
• The connector syncs the store's overall stock level for each product or variant rather than separate quantities per location.
