Things to note

• The connector syncs Attio People records. Companies are linked to contacts by name, but company details and deals are not synced separately.
• Attio stores one primary location per person, so only the first address of a contact is synced. It is sent to Attio as a single combined address line.
• All synced email addresses and phone numbers are treated as work emails and work phones.
• Attio requires unique email addresses on People records. Two contacts can't share the same email, but SyncPenguin uses this to match records and prevent duplicates.
• Workspace member fields, such as owners or creators, can be synced from Attio but can't be updated through the sync.
• Some specialized Attio attribute types, such as currency, rating, status, and relationships to records other than companies, are not currently synced.
• Contact updates are picked up during regular sync runs rather than instantly. Deletions are tracked in real time through webhooks.
